Medidas de seguridad y cumplimientoSafety measures & compliance

Las personas relacionadas anteriormente reconocen que han sido informadas de los riesgos existentes en la obra, y se comprometen a cumplir las siguientes medidas preventivas:

Deberán ser acompañadas en todo momento por el encargado o el recurso preventivo de la empresa constructora, y cumplir en todo momento sus indicaciones.
Deberán respetar la señalización.
Deberán respetar en todo momento las protecciones colectivas de la obra.
Deberán utilizar en todo momento los EPI, que son:
- Casco de obra. El uso del casco es obligatorio. Puede quitárselo bajo su propia responsabilidad. No obstante, si permanece en la planta sótano -2, el riesgo es relativamente bajo. Al desplazarse a otras plantas, el uso del casco es obligatorio. Recomendamos encarecidamente llevarlo puesto en todo momento.
- Botas o calzado apropiado (no se permiten tacones, mocasines ni calzado abierto).
Tienen prohibido fumar y encender fuego dentro de la obra.

The persons listed above acknowledge that they have been informed of the existing risks on the construction site, and agree to comply with the following preventive measures:

They must be accompanied at all times by the site manager or the construction company’s designated safety officer, and follow their instructions at all times.
They must observe all safety signage.
They must respect the site’s collective protection measures at all times.
They must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, namely:
- Hard hat. Wearing a hard hat is mandatory. You may remove it at your own risk. However, if you remain on basement level -2, the risk is relatively low. When moving to other floors, wearing a hard hat is compulsory. We emphasise that it is best to wear it at all times.
- Boots or appropriate footwear (no heels, moccasins or any open-toe shoes).
Smoking and lighting fires are prohibited on the construction site.
